  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options, including standard and express delivery, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the location of the delivery address:

Belgium

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on the destination)
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that delivery times may be impacted by external factors such as customs processing, local postal services, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


6. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details about possible charges before placing your order.


7. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Marksy.store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


8. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipments

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).


9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process it for shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at marksystore.be@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order will likely be processed, and cancellation or changes may not be possible.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, or other issues, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If the package is not claimed or cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for the order minus any shipping fees.
