Thank you for shopping with Marksy.store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Please read the following policy for detailed instructions on how to return your items.

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return and receive a refund. After the 15-day period, we are unable to offer a refund or accept returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., sealed products that have been opened).
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are still eligible for a return or exchange, even if the packaging has been opened.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Name and contact details
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent any damage during the return shipment.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Rejected Return: If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is damaged, opened, or outside the 15-day return window), we will contact you with an explanation. In some cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Products marked as final sale
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition
- Sealed items that have been opened (e.g., hygiene products, personal care items)
7. Defective or Damaged Items

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
